Concept to Course™ didn’t start as a “let’s build pretty slides” studio.
It started in the corporate world - the land of tight deadlines, messy SMEs, and training that had to work because people’s jobs depended on it (and because nobody wants to sit through a 73-slide deck that says “Any questions?” every five minutes).
Back then, we were building learning the serious way: clear outcomes, real behaviour change, and training systems teams could actually roll out.
And somewhere between the compliance requirements, the onboarding gaps, and the “can we launch this by Friday?” requests… we realised something:
A lot of businesses and organizations want to teach what they know , they just don’t want to wrestle their content into a course alone.
So we took everything we learned from corporate learning design - structure, pacing, learner psychology, and "make it make sense" strategy - and brought it to the world of coaches, creators, and growing teams.
